Samples from our FirstStep^Dx PLUS and NextStep^Dx PLUS collection kits can be picked up by a FedEx courier or dropped at any FedEx carrier location. Call us at 801.931.6200 if you need help scheduling a pickup. Once sent, the team at Bionano Laboratories will usually receive the kit within 2-4 days.
For FSHD1 testing, we must receive the blood sample within 4 days of collection.
