ORDERING GENETIC TESTING

Ordering through Bionano Laboratories is easy. A healthcare provider completes our test requisition form. We require signatures confirming consent to perform testing from both the ordering provider as well as the family. Sample collection can be performed while the family is in the office with their provider. Bionano Laboratories can also ship a sample collection kit to the family’s home.
