DNA SPECIMEN TYPES AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Blood

Required for OGM based tests, such as OGM-Dx FSHD1 and OGM-Dx Postnatal Whole Genome SV.

2. Extracted DNA

Minimum 3 μg in EB buffer or equivalent.

Please note that we do not accept prenatal specimens at this time.

ORDERING MULTIPLE PEDIATRIC NEURODEVELOPMENTAL DISORDER TESTS AT ONCE

All of our Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Disorder tests can be performed using our non-invasive and easy-to-use buccal swabs. See the chart below if you are ordering multiple tests at once or reflex testing.

If your patient has had a blood transfusion, a hematological disease such as myelodysplastic syndrome or leukemia, or an allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplant, please contact us before sending a sample of any kind.
